This website belongs to Dr. Mark Silverman, MD, a physician licensed in Israel who runs a private medical practice at 16 Khayil St., Unit 4, Zichron Yaakov 3092543, Israel ("the clinic"). It presents the clinic's services, fees, and contact details, and lets you request an appointment and pay online.

The content of this website is general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any individual, and it is not a substitute for a consultation. Reading the site, sending the contact form, or exchanging messages does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship; that begins at a medical visit.

In a medical emergency, call 101 (Magen David Adom) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the contact form, email, or WhatsApp for urgent medical matters — messages may not be read right away, particularly outside clinic hours.

Sending the contact form is a request to be contacted, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is booked only once the clinic confirms a time with you. Visits are conducted mainly in English; simple matters can be handled in basic Hebrew.

The clinic is a private practice and is not part of the kupot holim (health funds). Fees shown on the site are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. They may change from time to time, and the fee for your visit is confirmed with you when you book. Home visits start at the listed fee and depend on distance; visits outside clinic hours or at night carry an additional fee, arranged by phone. Whether your private or travel insurance reimburses any part of the cost is between you and your insurer; you will receive a receipt.

Online payments are processed on the secure pages of Upay, a licensed payment provider, under its own terms. The clinic does not see or store card details. Where the payment page asks you to type the amount, please enter the fee for your service exactly; if you pay a wrong amount by mistake, contact us and we will correct it.

You may cancel a payment for a service that has not yet been provided, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. To cancel, contact the clinic by phone, email, or WhatsApp with your name and the payment date and amount. Refunds are made to the original means of payment within the time the law requires, less any cancellation fee only to the extent the law permits. A service that has already been provided is not refundable. If you cannot make an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may reply through the same channel. Email is not a secure channel for detailed medical information; where possible, keep medical details for your visit or a phone call.

We make every effort to keep the site accurate and up to date, but hours, fees, and details may change, and the site is provided "as is". If something on the site differs from what the clinic tells you directly, what you are told directly applies.

To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for any damage arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content, from temporary unavailability of the site, or from services operated by third parties (such as the payment provider, WhatsApp, or Google Maps). Links to other websites are provided for convenience; the clinic is not responsible for their content. Nothing in these terms limits the clinic's professional responsibility for medical care actually provided.

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to the clinic. You are welcome to share links to the site, but please do not copy its content for commercial use without written permission.

How the site handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any matter concerning them or the website.
